2.2 Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as acknowledgment but does not constitute acceptance of your order.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including limitations on quantities available for purchase.

3.1 All prices are in US Dollars, unless specified otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Payment can be made via the methods provided on our website (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
3.3 Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added to your order total after confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
4.2 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 We hope you love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
5.2 To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include the receipt.
5.3 Certain items may be non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including opened fragrances.

6.1 All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, are the property of Kingston James and Company LLC and are protected by copyright laws.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

IF you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Kingston James & Company will accept returns for either an exchange/store credit or a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date with the exception of Sale items (excludes shipping & handling). All damaged items must be reported 48 hours after delivery. Note:All permanently discounted or marked down items which are indicated as Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund.
14 days from the delivery date, will accept returns to the following conditions.
1) All items (excludes SCRAPES Collection/Capsule and artwork) can be returned up to 14 days from delivery date any extra changes.
2) All items returned for a return after 14 days from delivery date will be subjected to a $20 restocking fee and this only up to 30 days from delivery date.
3) No Refunds or Exchanges will be permitted after 30 days from the delivery date (including SCRAPES Collection/Capsule, Artwork, and Easel Art). Cannot be returned to any participating
4) Items purchased online can ONLY be returned through our website. Online purchases cannot be returned to any partnership retail stores, boutiques, trade shows or markets. For all other purchases, please email kinstonjamesandcompany@gmail.com
5) Promotions or discounted are non-refundable. All refunds are based upon, date of purchase price and items cannot be returned for lower purchase (sale/discounts) price or different item selection option.
Any products that have a quality defect as reported by the customer will be excluded from the above policies. All damaged items must be reported within 48
